EVENTS PROGRAMME
NOVEMBER 2008 TO JANUARY 2009
The clocks have changed and
the days are even shorter. The winter
programme is upon us again and you will notice that there are not as many
events as I would normally like to see.
The club is going through
some change with the resignation of Penny as Chair and a letter is enclosed
giving you information on the current situation. It is important that you read the letter and
return your response in the stamped addressed envelope provided so that we can
get the members’ views on the future of the club.
I would like to thank
everyone who put on an event during the last quarter, the success of the
programme is down to the members and I appreciate your support. The next planning meeting is on
The website continues to give
information on the club including any additional events. Please take time to view the site and let me
have any comments. A copy of the current
programme is also posted but, for confidentiality reasons, the telephone
numbers have been removed. If you are
interested in an event and have lost your programme, please contact me for more
information. The address is www.fulcrumsocialgroup.co.uk.
There is also Latest News on the first page where Richard posts any late
meeting announcements.
Important information on Club Subscriptions
Club subscriptions will now
be requested annually on the 1 September.
To bring everyone in line to this date, your next subscription may be
based on a pro rata payment, i.e. if you joined in April, you will only pay £4
and then in September you will be asked to pay £12 for the whole year. If anyone has any concerns with this
arrangement, please contact me.
